Attorney Tuğba Tuna has been practising law since 2020 from her office in Adana, providing legal services both locally and internationally. She specialises in human rights law, children’s rights law, national and international family law, tenancy and real estate law, inheritance law, and international employment and labour law.

Throughout her professional career, she has actively worked on cases involving the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, with a particular focus on freedom of expression, the right to a fair trial, the right to liberty and security, and the protection of private and family life.

In this context, she has been involved in proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR), gaining practical experience in international human rights protection mechanisms. She has also collaborated with UNICEF on child rights projects, acquiring field-based experience in the implementation of child protection frameworks.

Within the Adana Bar Association, she has taken active roles in the Human Rights Centre and relevant commissions, contributing to various initiatives, including leadership activities. These experiences have enabled her to develop a strong legal perspective at both national and international levels.
